The fit just wasn’t very accurate for me. Like I said, I was expecting it to fit a little better based on the size, but it felt off once I tried it on. It’s not terrible, but like I said, the sizing could definitely be more consistent.

"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to send back a pair of shoes because I chose the wrong size, and the return through deporvillage was straightforward. I printed the label, dropped the package off, and got email updates along the way. The refund came through after a few days too. It wasn’t like some returns where… anyway, no drama at all, which was exactly what I wanted. I’d order from them again.

"Product details seemed a bit off"
I ordered from deporvillage because the item looked like it matched the description, but when it arrived it wasn’t quite what I expected. I might have missed something, but the sizing info and a couple of the features didn’t seem very clear to me. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but I ended up spending extra time looking into returns, which was annoying. I can’t say for sure if the page was wrong or just not detailed enough, but they should probably make the product info clearer. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating

I was happy I actually found my size, which doesn’t always happen, so that was a nice start. A few of the colors I liked were already gone though, which was kind of a bummer. I mean, I still found something that worked, but I kept thinking about the other colors I would’ve picked if they’d been in stock.

My order turned out fine in the end, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I emailed them with a delivery question and it took days to get a real answer. The first reply felt like a copy-paste message and didn’t actually help at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but if you need support quickly, this place is definitely lacking.

"Payment options could be better"
My order went through fine, so no big issue there, but the payment options felt limited. I wish they had a few more easy ways to pay. Also, having to verify myself over and over was a bit annoying and made the whole checkout feel less smooth than it should’ve been.

They have a ton of sports and outdoor stuff, and the size options are good too. I found plenty to look through, maybe even too much. It can be kind of hard to choose because there are so many options, and I kept going back and forth trying to decide. That part was a bit frustrating, just a lot to sort through and a lot to compare. Still, the selection is good overall

I was trying to order a pair of cycling shoes, and at first it seemed straightforward. But this is where it got annoying: every time I changed a filter, the page jumped right back to the top, so I had to keep scrolling down again. The sizing options were also confusing, with some sizes showing as in stock and then disappearing when I got to checkout. On top of that, the account login was slow, and my basket emptied once for no obvious reason. The products might be great, but the website experience was frustrating enough that I just gave up.

"Really decent help with my warranty issue"
I had an issue with a pair of shoes after using them for a few months, so I got in touch with Deporvillage about the warranty. It did take a couple of days to hear back at first, which was a bit annoying, but once they replied, they asked for photos and my order details and really explained everything clearly.
In the end, they accepted the claim and arranged a replacement for me. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but it felt fair and there wasn’t really any big hassle. I’d buy from them again, though I do wish that first response had come a little quicker.

"Wrong Size, Right Amount of Annoying"
I ordered a pair of cycling shoes in my size, which seemed like a simple plan. Somehow, the size that showed up was different from the one on my confirmation, because apparently guessing is part of the shopping experience now. Delivery was fine, so there’s that, but now I get the joy of returning them and waiting all over again. Not the worst shop in the world, but getting the order right would be a nice little bonus.

"tracking is All over the place"
the tracking for my order makes no sense. one minute it said it had shipped, then it just sat there for days with no real update at all. I reached out to ask what was going on, but the reply didn’t really tell me anything. super frustrating because I just want to know where my parcel actually is.

A month of waiting, a failed delivery, refusal to look for a solution, and complete indifference to their reputation. The company makes a mistake — and the customer pays for it. Very telling.
